Moonday Monday, Your Weekly Forecast 3/12-3/18


Happy Monday!

This week is our last full week of Pisces season before our Sun enters the cardinal fire energy that is Aries. Aries marks the beginning of spring and was once considered the true beginning of the new year. The New Moon on Saturday symbolizes the rebirth into this transition from winter to spring, and we should all begin to feel a bit more momentum within and around us.

Monday 3/12

Moon Enters Aquarius 3:44PM

With the Moon Void of Course for the morning hours and early afternoon, we may feel like we are not into getting a fast start on our Monday activities. The Moon is Waning all week which can cause our energy levels to feel low and have us hitting snooze longer on the Alarm clock. If you are like me and luckily got up early and got to it faster than usual, good for you! Don't be too hard on yourself if the momentum dies down a bit as the morning progresses.

With the Moon entering Aquarius we may feel more detached emotionally and able to focus better on what is in front of us. Use this energy to accomplish things you normally wouldn't feel so inspired to do.

This transit coinciding with the Void of Course Moon in the morning can have us feeling restless and ungrounded when it hits. This energy will not last all day, so try to let anything that may suddenly derail you not effect you for too long. Let go of it and move on.

We could also feel an amplification of energy and feel a need to do something we normally wouldn't do on a Monday morning.

Tuesday 3/13

Moon in Aquarius

The Moon in Aquarius helps us to think more objectively about what things we may need to get done in order to set ourselves up for success. It can also have us feeling emotionally restless and rebellious about doing mundane things we do not see much benefit in. It may be wise to try and feed the practical side of mind, as well as finding ways to do something out of the norm that gives you a sense of excitement and freedom. We are more inclined to be stubborn with the Moon in Aquarius about our opinions and feelings. Be mindful with how you are putting your energy out around you, and maybe do something that gives you a larger sense of purpose. This energy is good for stimulating your mind. Read something or write something that helps feed the energy brewing within.

This energy will cause tension for us for the rest of the day around our identity and sense of self. We may feel like we need to fulfill a deeper part of our spiritual self and manifest it in a physical way. Acts of self love may be harder for us to access within ourselves at this time, but it will be a good way to expel any tension. You may also find yourself having a harder time loving your partner or feeling like you can access the parts of your heart that give more freely. There is a potential to feel insecure about oneself and to fall into victim/self deprecation thought patterns. This day is best for practicing self love and creating gratitude around you to soften the tension within.

With the Moon in Aquarius in Sextile to Venus in Aries, there may be some intensity around our thought process. We may be able to access more easily our opinions about ourselves and about others. This energy is harmonious but depending on the health of our mind can manifest into harsh judgments about others and ourselves. Try to use your wisdom to help rather than judge or hurt those around you, including yourself. Be kind to yourself.

This energy helps us to tap into our emotions and bring things on a deep level to the surface. We are more easily able to be compassionate or empathetic to those around us. We may feel a need for creative expression with this transit. Doing something artistic during the day will help feed this energy. Even if it is just dancing or singing around your house. Self care will benefit you as well.

Our ability to share ideas about ourselves and communicate that to others is enhanced at this time. We could see a boost in selfies during the day on social media platforms, or more opinions randomly being shared. There is a potential to overshare or come off a bit aggressive to others without intending to do so.

Wednesday 3/14

Moon in Aquarius

The energy of our minds continues to be enhanced with the Moon in Aquarius. Meditation, writing, talking, reading are all ways of getting this energy expressed in a healthy and grounded way. Be mindful to how you share yourself with others during this time. When the Moon is in Aquarius we can all be a little stubborn about our opinions.

This transit will have us feeling tension emotionally around how we are perceived and we may feel like we are not getting through to others the way we intend. Rethink your communication patterns and emotionally try to work through anything that you feel may be triggering you more than usual.

In the evening we may feel like we have a better understanding of ourselves and our thought process. Use this energy to build a stronger relationship to yourself around your perceptions and views on yourself and how that is projected onto others in your life. Writing a journal entry about this would be a good exercise for working through these thought patterns and the mental energy around our emotions.

The Moon in Pisces throughout the day will have us feeling all of the feels. Our sensitivity is enhanced. It will be important that we make time for self care and nurture the heart.

Potential to feel mentally ungrounded runs high, and if we are still awake we may have a harder time falling asleep. Try not to overthink anything. Do a guided meditation on stress relief to help you calm the mind and fall asleep at night. If you are a night owl, this energy is great for writing projects, but with the Moon Void of Course you could also have a harder time gathering your thoughts as easily.
