Happy Monday!
We start our week off with a New Moon in Libra after a pretty intense past week of a lot of and intensity bringing itself up to surface. Use this New Moon to set intentions on where you wish more peace, love and harmony in the world and in your life. A lot of us are feeling trauma injustice in the world, and in this country. Sit down tonight and write down 5 ways you can contribute to your community or the world in a way that makes a difference. Maybe you donate to your favorite organization every month or find somewhere to volunteer. When we feel powerless, it is important we find ways to take action and do something about the injustices we face. Do not fall into complacency as that breeds depression and creates a community of fear. We have to find ways to make a difference, and it starts within our community.

We kick the week off with our New Moon in Libra. This energy asks us to think about where we need more balance, peace, and harmony within our lives. Justice, Ace of Swords, 2 of Swords, and the 3 of Swords are all ruled by Libra in the Tarot and show us that our perceptions are a large part of how we experience fairness and conflict within our own lives. Use this time today to set your intention on opening your mind to different perspectives. A change in outlook can show more opportunities. Maybe there is something you haven't seen before because you have been too focused on one side of the matter. Make a gratitude list tonight, and put it under a candle. Ask for peace and harmony within your life, and ask the universe to help lead you to a more open and vast place that breeds opportunity.

The Moon has its fall in Scorpio and does not feel the most comfortable here. It causes a lot of need for inner evaluation and can also cause us to feel victimized by any current circumstances derailing us from what we perceive as progress. We could feel overly sensitive and moody during these days of the Moon in Scorpio. Work on processing any shadow realm feelings and ask yourself what you can do to heal. You benefit from taking some private time during the next couple days.

Mercury will be in Scorpio until October 30th, but will be making a second appearance in Scorpio in November when it stations retrograde on November 17th and works its way back. Mercury in Scorpio lends itself to good investigative qualities. Our perception is heightened and we have a strong sense of intuition. We also have the tendency to over analyze our emotions or the intentions and motives of others. We need to be mindful not to spin things into something bigger than they are while still looking at the facts. Working on calming the mind and processing emotions in a healthy way is recommended during this time.
