This week is our last week of October and marks many death festivities celebrated amongst many cultures and religions. This week Mercury stations Rx in Scorpio, and on Halloween no less, as well as our planet of beauty and love, Venus, enters the wanderlust seeker sign of Sagittarius.

We may start the week out feeling introverted, sluggish and slow, but this weekend we should get a productive pick me up, and we could feel ourselves gaining some of our momentum back.

There is a lot of room for communication problems in the weeks ahead, most of us have been feeling it already. Move slow, try not to project too much onto others, and take adequate time to work through your own emotional process in your own way.

Starting the week out in the waxing shadow of the New Moon could have us feeling sluggish, groggy, and tired. The Moon has its Fall in Scorpio, and in the New Moon phase, we feel a need to turn inward and not exert too much energy.

Our sense of self and vitality is tested today. We may have unexpected occurrences to our work day that disrupt what we had planned, or things may not go as smoothly as we were hoping. We also may have sudden insights towards changes taking place or changes that need to take place in our lives right now.

This is a harmonious flow of energy for the afternoon and we may find ourselves able to be productive and practical about getting our mundane tasks taken care of. We may also find ourselves more grounded emotionally than we have been in previous days.

Our connection to our intuition and the spiritual realm is enhanced during the hours of this transit. This is a positive energy for creativity if we can channel the visionary aspect of Neptune into something substantial. We may have a hard time with discernment right now, so this might not be the best day for making any large decisions.

With the Moon in Scorpio for the first part of the morning, it could be hard for us to feel grounded or contained emotionally. Feelings of insecurity could pop up and we benefit from dream journaling or working through any insights we have about why these feelings may be coming up for us. With the Moon in Sagittarius for the last half of the day we benefit from breaking out of our routine and doing things differently. Our minds also benefit from us focusing on new information and challenging ourselves to expand and grow in new ways.
