The week starts out with Mars squaring the Nodes while Venus conjuncts Mercury retrograde. Chapters are closing, deep understandings and awarenesses are coming to surface allowing more ease in relational connections. There is a new approach to old repeated patterns that we are just now initiating through the Mars in Sagittarius’s brave hearted, risk taking method to life. This leap of faith is not to distract from the soul’s grand purpose but to integrate and dissolve behaviors that are the antithesis of growth. Mars hurdling through Sagittarius like the hero he is, taking bounding leaps of faith, a shoot your shot kind of moment. If there is something you have been meaning to say, tell someone, respond to, reply to, it is now the time.

Rewriting the old script to adjust the path forward – Venus conjunct Mercury retrograde.

The psychic and intuitive hits keep coming while Mercury is retrograde in Scorpio unveiling underlying subconscious patterns specifically in the realm of love and romance. Venus conjuncts Mercury today (Monday) at 5:51 pm pacific, bringing conversations back into the forefront. This might feel like a redundant act but being able to identify a pattern is a gift, sometimes a maddening one as it isn’t always clear how exactly we are to escape the loop but when Mars squares the nodes, a new pathway opens up that shows an alternative route. That alternative route may likely involve changing or adjusting how you react / behave to relational stimuli specifically pointing to hidden fears around intimacy and love. We’ve all been hurt in love before, it is nearly impossible to live this human fleshy life without going through the heartbreak right of passage. It is essential and quite possibly the ultimate purpose of this human existence to go through such tests of faith in order to learn how to maintain an open heart, to not let it shut down or build walls of resistance.

Venus trines Jupiter on the 26^th at 8:31 am pacific and then trines Saturn at 3:47 pm (which is stationing to turn direct the following day). Compassionate understanding and empathy colors the lens for the day allowing a profound understanding of and integration with the meaning of love. A question that has been top of mind as of late is “When you say ‘I love you’, what does that mean to you?”. What are you really saying to someone when you say “I love you”? For me, it means that I choose to make a conscious effort in understanding your inner world, why you feel the way you do, to take accountability for my actions and how they affect you, it means that I am consciously taking your heart into my care, to protect it the best I can. Our capacity to love is expanding and many walls are getting broken down this week, hearts are healing and the Scorpionic stronghold on the past begins to loosen especially when Venus ingresses into Sagittarius on Sunday the 30^th.

Saturn stations direct 27^th at 7:51 pm. Chronostasis is the phenomenon where visual processing doesn’t match with the mind’s perception of the visual cue and causes a sensation that time is standing still. It happens most often when you look at a clock quickly and look away, it seems as though the second hand has stalled but really the eyes are just moving so rapidly from one visual cue to another that there isn’t enough time for the mind to process the visual field, thus distorting one’s sense perception of time*. That’s kind of like what happens when Saturn stations retrograde and direct, our sense of time and time management becomes irregular or shifted from one extreme to the next. When Saturn stations direct, we may feel as though the responsibilities we had been allowing to sit become immediately important and hard to ignore. It might feel as though all of a sudden we don’t have enough time, or too much time has passed but really we are just becoming recalibrated. Saturn will be ingressing into Aries soon and I will talk in more detail about it in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, while Saturn stations one last time for the next 27 years in Pisces, we are being called to affirm the spiritual lessons we’ve learned over the last 4.5 months.

Mercury stations direct on Saturday the 29^th at 9:38 am

Everyone rejoice! Mercury retrograded back into Scorpio on the 18^th and ever since then the microscope has been hyper focused on nuance, body language, what wasn’t being said – causing misunderstandings that cut deep to the core of who we are. With Mercury now moving forward, we will begin to see the upsets and how we were triggered in a new light. Mercury has been dancing back and forth in a grand water trine between Mercury - the individual mind, Neptune - the collective unconscious /  higher mind, Jupiter - the societal mind helping to advance our understanding and communication around complex emotional issues. As a part of a kite formation, Mercury has also been in opposition with Uranus - the collective consciousness. All of these planets generate thought forms in various ways, they govern the mind, perception, beliefs. As mentioned previously, the opportunity for psychic development is next level and will continue for the next couple of weeks.

11/24 Monday

Venus and Mercury meet in the last decan of Scorpio activating 7 of cups energy – a card that says to be weary of promises without substance. The Moon in Capricorn aids in leveling out heightened hopes with a practical outlook, making judgements based on provable facts. We’re investigating how the relationship dynamics have played out and making a choice to change or altar expectations moving forward. Mars squares the nodes today generating some distractions that initially pull us off the track but eventually lead us into a place that we were unwittingly meant to go. More epiphanies surface with Mercury retrograde in Scorpio, especially regarding financial opportunities, unveiling talents and creative outlets that were previously ignored. Once the pattern is identified, you must then make a choice to continue engaging with it the same way you have been or to change the way you behave, act, move for a new outcome.

11/25 Tuesday

The nervous system gets a wakeup call while the Moon enters Aquarius. The level of emotional resilience and intelligence that ignites every time the Moon conjuncts Pluto each month is applaudable. We’re slowly learning how to detach from the body’s responses, to view the cravings and desires in a more observational way offering back control to the higher self. Between 2 - 5 am pacific time is when the energy is heightened between the Moon, Uranus, Pluto, and Neptune, pulling in meaning and symbolism from the ethers.

11/26 Wednesday

Venus stabilizes and expands her capacity to love today in a grand water trine with Saturn and Jupiter we experience a deep level of vulnerability that teaches fundamental truths around what love really is. Situations that teach us how to overcome disappointment come into play, showing how to accept setbacks with realism. A new understanding through a reversal of perspective is possible, and we may begin to establish a more structured approach to how much we give / receive in life. Knowing what you want is the first step to getting it.

Saturn stations direct today at 7:51 pm pacific 3 hours before the quarter Moon in Pisces hits. Today can feel a bit disorienting. It’s giving the same energy as you get when you go on vacation and it’s supposed to be a relaxing fun time but it ends up just feeling like work and then you feel like you need a vacation from your vacation. Moon in Pisces will have us walking in a fog, absorbing every passing environment / mood/ and emotion. Remaining flexible today is the best approach and taking time to separate oneself from an environment that feels either overwhelming or draining without guilt.

The general energy from yesterday continues with the Moon still in Pisces but meeting with the North Node and then squaring Mars. It can feel like being pulled in multiple different directions. The contact between the Moon and Mars can bring up ideological, political, and religious discussions in abrupt ways forcing one to express a larger viewpoint. Generally the energy is that of repair, recuperation and needing do the bare minimum.

Mercury stations direct while Venus opposes Uranus! It’s go time! The tight grip on whatever we have been holding on to begins to loosen as we begin to accept changes in how we relate to the things that once made us feel secure. The mode of fire is becoming activated within us as the Moon enters Aries midway through the day, the engine turns on as the light turns green.

11/30 Sunday

Sweetness rains down and the heaviness that we have been feeling in the heart begins to clear up with bated breath. Venus enters Sagittarius today after sneaking a trine with Neptune – positing that there is life after the storm, that it is ok to open up and love again. Venus has been elevating us to a higher standard in relationships, pushing boundaries which were once useful in protecting discomfort but through the lens of Sagittarius, we can no longer allow those same boundaries if we are to elevate our understanding of unconditional love.
