If you are meeting me online: This session requires that you find a place that is quiet, relaxing where you will not be disturbed for at least 2 hours. Come prepared with headphones, an eye mask and a comfy place to lay down. For first time clients the first 45 minutes includes an in depth consultation of the current issues you are going through, life circumstances, health history and personal goals. If you are meeting me at my office I will provide you with an eye mask. *** This session is for people who are comfortable with subconscious exploration. People who have a hard time letting go of control might find it difficult initially to get into the hypnotic state but what is important is that you trust the process, trust yourself and trust the journey.
